From Frank and Son's Collectible
Report by: James Caldwell, PWTorch.com

AWS returned to the Frank and Son's Collectible show in City of Industry, California on May 21 for a show featuring a mega-main event match pitting Spymaster #2 and Joey Ryan against Human Tornado and former AWS Champion, Babi Slymm. Human Tornado squeaked out a victory over Adam "Spymaster" Pearce, setting up an opportunity for Tornado to take on Pearce for the AWS Title at next month's show.

(1) Chris Bosh over Sexy Chino with a Michinoku Driver. Quick match that saw Bosh dominate throughout. Chino tried to dance after the match, but Bosh quickly returned to put an end to any dancing shenanigans. Bigg E Biggz carried the lifeless body of Sexy Chino to the back.

(2) Lil' Nate over Antonio Mestre, Junior, and Lil' Cholo when Nate hit a sunset flip piledriver on Mestre. Solid mat wrestling early on between Junior and Cholo before the action broke down into a four-way brawl. Very good action with all four men working a fast-paced and technical style.

(3) Los Chivos over Phoenix Star & Zokre to retain the AWS Tag Titles. There was a tremendous amount of heat on Los Chivos during the match because they used great heel tag team tactics to gain the advantage in the match. The finish came when Chivos teamed up on Zokre to hit a double team spike tombstone piledriver for the victory.

(4) Brawlin' Bo Cooper over Hook Bomberry with a Death Valley Driver. Solid match that pitted the much larger Cooper vs. the undersized Bomberry. However, Bomberry made up for the size differential by attacking Cooper with a flurry of offense early on. Cooper injured his hip when he connected with a splash on Bomberry from the apron to the floor. Cooper thought he might have broken his hip at the moment he executed the move. Cooper and Bomberry finished the match with Cooper connecting with a Death Valley Driver for the victory.

(5) Scorpio Sky over Eric Matlock with a top rope frog splash. Prior to the match, Scorpio brought up last month's battle between himself and Rocky Romero that saw a vicious brawl break out following a four-way match. Instead of Romero coming to the ring to challenge Scorpio, Eric Matlock attacked Scorpio from behind setting off the match. After Matlock missed with a top rope frog splash, Scorpio delivered one of his own for the finish. Afterwards, Ricky Reyes led a beat down on Scorpio that left him laying in the ring.

(6) Lionheart over Scott Lost by Disqualification when Chris Bosh interfered. Bosh and Lost delivered a beat down on Lionheart after the match then Bosh took the mic – much to the delight of the fans – and ran down the racial diversity in the crowd.

(7) Human Tornado & Babi Slymm over Spymaster #2 & Joey Ryan when Tornado rolled up Spymaster for the victory. The spectacular main event match had so much heat because of the ringside presence of So Cal Val and C. Edward Vanderpyle, as well as the in-ring factor of having a great deal of tension amongst all four wrestlers. Tornado and Slymm removed Spymaster's mask towards the end of the match to reveal Adam Pearce, leaving the current AWS Champion scrambling to hide his identity. Pearce was flustered enough to where Tornado reversed a powerbomb into a pinning predicament to score the quick three count. Pearce quickly left the arena without the mask on, leaving So Cal Val, Tornado, and Slymm in the ring to celebrate the victory. It was announced that Tornado will challenge Pearce for the AWS Title at next month's show on June 18.
