Press Releases: UPW Road Wars presents: "Rage for Order"
Posted by Steven Bryant on Monday, June 21, 2004 @ 2:08 AM Pacific
UPW In an effort to bring you the action from Mat Wars in a broader environment, UPW brings you Road Wars, which is the excitement of Mat Wars in a larger setting more suitable for a wrestling event. The atmosphere of the Torrance Rec Center is reminiscent of the old days of wrestling when the Midnight Express and the Rock and Roll Express ruled the scene. Old School atmosphere is back and in Torrance, don't miss what everybody will be talking about in weeks to come!

Already signed for "Rage for Order":
The Ballard Brothers are teaming up with Frankie Kazarian to take on all 3 members of the X-Foundation. After the interference from Joey Ryan at Mat Wars, All 3 X-Foundation members attacked the Ballard Brothers. Frankie Kazarian had enough and came to the ring to help his new friends, but the X-Foundation proved to be too much for Frankie to handle and left him laying in the center of the ring. The X-Foundation is at the top of their game right now, and a victory against the Ballards here could give them the momentum they need to take their titles. Will the Ballards and Frankie be able to work together to beat the toughest trio in Socal? Or will their history get in the way. Find out at Road Wars!

Also:
Erica Porter will defend her Women's Championship against Utah's Michelle Morgan. Morgan may be new to the Southern California scene, but she is not new to winning championships. She has victories over NWA women's champ Madison and has been hard at training since relocating to Phoenix. She has what it takes to be champion, not only is Erica Porter one of the toughest competitors(male or female) in UPW, but she also has the Big Schwag in her corner. Morgan feels that Erica has held the Womens title long enough but she needs to overcome more than one person if she wants to be the champion. History could be made in the Women's Division.

Many more matches to be added soon!
