Returning from his suspension by PWG Commissioner Paul T., and a Las Vegas vacation thanks to the great folks at Southwest Airlines, PWG Champion "Scrap Iron" Adam Pearce is rested, relaxed, and completely prepared to defend the PWG Title. As champion, Adam Pearce is allowed to make certain demands of PWG and Commissioner Paul T., but defending the title in a "Lay-Z-Boy Recliner Deathmatch," was instantly shot down, not because of the ridiculousness of the match, but because the cost of all those recliners was astronomical. Commissioner Paul T instead suggested a traditional title defense against "the King Of Bling-Bling" Babi Slymm, since they seemed so eager to go after one another in March. Slymm, as angry as ever, quickly accepted the shot at the title, and Pearce''s response of "whatever" was taken as acceptance, and the match was signed!
