SoCal legend The Great Goliath passes away

Misc Pablo O. Crispin, who became known as The Great Goliath, passed away on April 12th at Mountain View hospital in Las Vegas, NV. Born June 18, 1934, The Great Goliath was one half of one of the most dominating and succesful tag teams in Southern California history with Black Gordman. Together the two held the NWA America's Tag-Team titles 18 times in a 13 year span.

The Great Goliath further made his mark on pro-wrestling in Southern California by being one of the trainers for EWF's promoter Jesse Hernandez.

After spending Easter Sunday with his family, Goliath died quietly in his sleep early Monday. He is survived by his wife, Yolanda Crispin of Las Vegas; three daughters, Paloma Serna of Las Vegas, Esmeralda Oesterling of Orlando, Fla., and Antonia Crispin of Las Vegas; two sons, Pablo J. Crispin of Las Vegas and Gilbert Crispin of St. George, Utah; and 14 grandchildren.

The Great Goliath is up for nomination to the Southern California Pro-Wrestling Hall of Fame this year.
