 As the 2003 Revolution J draws near, Revolution Pro will be having qualifying matches for the 8 Rev Pro exclusive slots. Three of thoughts will take place this Saturday. These matches include the veteran TARO, rookies Quick Silver, Phoenix Star, Zokre, and Hydro, along with local luchadore Sombra Infernal ...
Revolution J Qualifying:
TARO vs. Quick Silver
-TARO, the former Jr. Heavyweight Champ who lost the belt a couple weeks ago to Super Dragon, tries to rebound off of that loss and propel himself into the 3rd annual Rev J. He will have a tough job at hand as he goes to battle with one of the quickest rising stars in Rev Pro and wrestling as a whole, Quick Silver. These two have meet before in Tag Team action and now the veteran meets the young lion, mano a mano.
Revolution J Qualifying:
Hydro vs. Phoenix Star
-Phoenix Star was only one step away from winning the recent Fight For The Revolution as he lost to Chris Bosh in the finals at the June show. He will take on possibly the most underrated of all the Rev Pro Rookies, Hydro who is a methodical competitor who will have to keep the quick Phoenix Star grounded. Both of these men have a lot to prove as they work to gain credibility amongst both the fans and the other Rookies. These two young lions wont disappoint.
Revolution J Qualifying:
Zokre vs. Sombra Infernal
-These two Luchadores know each other very well as they have trained together on numerous occasions. Zokre is someone who is making great strides in Rev Pro as he has had many high profile bouts against veterans. Sombra Infernal is making a strong name for himself throughout the L.A. Lucha world. This Rudo shocks fans week in and week out in Compton and is quickly climbing the rungs.
The Third Annual, Revolution J will take during the end of September. The winners of the three qualifying matches will all advance to the tournament along with the two past winners of the Rev J, Super Dragon and Mr. Excitement who will receive automatic entrance. With that 5 of the 8 spots will be filled. The remaining three qualifying matches will take place before the Revolution J Tournament.
Also this Saturday...
-The Revolution Pro Jr. Heavyweight Title will be on the line as new champ, Super Dragon, takes on Scorpio Sky.
-Two stars will meet as Nicho el Millonario Psicosis will take on the Rock Superstar Kaos.
-Former tag team partners Mr. Excitement and Angel will collide in this Caliente Collision.
-The Mexican Lucha Libre Heavyweight Champion, King Faviano will take on tough Rudo, Shamu Jr.
-Plus one more huge bout and Surprises as Always!!!
