 OFFICAL PRESS RELEASE
(Southern California.) Wrestling fans in the Southern California up until this point have only been able to follow Pro Wrestling Unplugged via the Internet. Well, that is about to change. California Wrestling Promotions and Pro Wrestling Unplugged is excited to announce that regular monthly events will be held starting this fall. At a recent press conference questions about who, what, where, and when were asked and answered. Here is a highlight of that press conference:
So what is California Wrestling Promotions exactly?
California Wrestling Promotions is a promotional company that has partnered with several sources to bring live wrestling action to California.
So who are the partners involved?
CWP is proud to announce our main partnership with one of Philadelphia''s premiere wrestling organizations Pro Wrestling Unplugged. Wrestling fans in California will finally get a taste of what the east coast has to offer.
We are also happy to announce that on board the staff of CWP will be one of independent wrestling''s most controversial names in Billy Reil.
What will Billy Reil''s position in the company be? Isn''t Billy''s controversy a liability?
Billy Reil will be involved in the day-to-day operations of CWP including promoting the shows locally and other CWP interests which we''ll discuss at a later date.
As far as Billy''s controversy goes..well, controversy sells.
Where will the shows take place and when is the first show scheduled?
Look for the shows to take place in Southern California. The offical announcement of where and when the show will take place will be made on September 16th at the PWU anniversary show.
Have any names been confirmed for these events?
We are proud to have Joey Ryan, JJ Perez, Ian Rotten and Human Tornado on board with the debut event
