UPW returned on Saturday ngiht to the OC Dojo in San Clemente. The Human Tornado defeated Alkatrazz in the main event. Also on the show, Lil' Nate defeated Lionheart via DQ to retain the UPW Lightweight Title. For complete results, click below. |

Hey everyone. UPW have made tickets available to the general public for this Saturday's show at O.C. Dojo. Tickets have been priced at $20 to raise money for the El Toro High School wrestling team. UPW wants to be loyal to its SoCal fans. If you want to come to the show (and we really hope you can make it out), send an e-mail to anthony@upw.com with your name and # of tickets needed, and you will be placed on a list, and will be able to purchase tickets for $10 (regular price for UPW O.C. Dojo events) at the door. Below are some of the matches scheduled for 1/27. |

O.C. Dojo and Valor Fighting are proud to present The Ultimate Mixed Martial Arts Seminar with legendary fighter Bas Rutten on Saturday August 26th at 1pm. O.C. Dojo, San Clemente's premiere gym and MMA training center will host this historic event; which marks Rutten's only Orange County Seminar this year. The Ultimate Mixed Martial Arts Seminar offers those in attendance an extremely rare opportunity to train with and learn from the man who many consider to be the world's greatest martial artist in an intimate setting. The seminar will consist of over 4 hours of instruction in which Bas will cover all aspects of MMA; including techniques essential to effective striking, takedowns, ground control, submissions, and overall fighting strategy. And scores will be settled as the top pro wrestling talent in Southern California will compete at “Power Play”. |

Prepare for “Meltdown” on July 20!
It’s good to be back! I’m not just saying that because the next outing in a rich six-year history of UPW live events is less than two weeks away, but it is simply nice to be back in Southern California. Our crew, myself included, recently returned from Northern California, specifically Susanville, where Diamond Mountain Casino hosted the first in a series of live Valor Fighting Professional Mixed Martial Arts events. When the dust had cleared (literally as it was held in an outdoor venue) 4 out of 5 Valor Fighters competing that night earned victories including 12-year veteran Vernon “Tiger” White who bested Canada’s Chris Peak in the main event. On July 16, Valor Fighting will strike again as it unleashes “Medford Mayhem” live at The Medford Armory (If that doesn’t sound like an old school pro wrestling show and venue, I don’t know what does!) |
